PHOENIX Distribution, Arai's UK importer are to cease trading this year.
Phoenix have been distributing Arai helmets in the UK for almost 30 years. The company is owned by James Halstead Group plc, a flooring company, who have decided to concentrate on their main business and exit from the motorcycle industry, ceasing all of Phoenix's activities.
The statement goes on to say that Phoenix will ensure a smooth transition to a new distributor this year, meanwhile, Arai's existing services will continue to be offered to all Arai users.
Phoenix also distribute other popular motorcycle brands, including Yoshimura, Nolan, Kappa, X-lite and Pinlock.
The new distributor has yet to be announced.
