A NUDE pillion baffled traffic police in Constanta, Romania when the only thing they could book her for was failing to wear a helmet.

According to the traffic officer not wearing a helmet was the only offence he had authorisation to give her a warning for.

After accepting her punishment the female passenger donned a helmet before carrying on, a little less naked.

One witness told Romanian media: "The officer was a traffic cop and the only traffic offence she'd committed was in not wearing a helmet, so he gave her a warning and a ticket and told her and her companion to ride on."

Or rather (here being in the real world) you’d face a small fine for riding without a helmet (£30 I think) and possibly public indecency.
