POP pip-squeak Justin Bieber has bought a Ducati 848 EVO.

The 18-year old singer doesn't even have a motorcycle licence but that hasn't stopped him splashing out on Ducati's £12,000 exotic superbike, capable of 170mph. Fellow pop singer Usher also has a Ducati 848 in black and allegedly convinced Bieber to buy one too, but this time in white.

Bieber is in good company; Prince William also has a Ducati, except Wills' one costs almost twice as much goes even faster - with a top speed of 190mph.

Quite what Bieber is going to do with his motorcycle, we don't know. Hopefully he'll encourage more young people into motorcycling but it's more likely he'll give us good reason to consider taking up a far cooler hobby.

Like golf..

Don't be such snobs. Everyone deserves to enjoy the virtues of riding, and whether they're riding a Rebel, a Ruckus, a Harley, Ducati, or BMW, we all have some commonality that should be celebrated, not compartmentalized. Ford vs. Chevy, Mac vs. PC, Lutheran vs. Methodist, my team can beat your team, my school's better than your school. Don't we have better things to do with out time than create rivalries out of thin air? Let the Biebster ride, and in doing so he will come to appreciate many of the same things that we do.

Riders constitute a great fraternity, with a wide variety of personalities participating. That's a good thing...

Far cooler hobbie like golf??? While this bike may be too much for an 18 year old with barely any experience, I'm one for sure that would never give mine up as I'm sure there are alot more out there. My bike makes the ducati 848 look like a childs play thing, modded out yamaha R1 300 horse plus nitro.. The bigest difference being I've been riding dirt bikes since i was 5 or 6 and switche to street bikes at 16! All I can really say is be carefull Bieber that's alot of bike for a newbie!!

Learn the Fundamentals of Bikeing and Start off slow. You can do it like any body else can. Everyone was a beginner at one time. I'm Sure the motorcycle manufactors will all welcome you. Get some professional help and training, I love it, you're do just fine.
