What the scene might have looked like

FIVE Hells Angels members and four associates have been arrested over disappearing deer from a state forest in Auckland, New Zealand.

The members of the motorcycle gang had allegedly been sneaking into the state forest at night to shoot deer roaming the park. Police arrested the nine men after carrying out search warrants after an ongoing investigation.

"The accused had been going in in the middle of the night and allegedly plundering [the herd of deer] basically," said Detective Inspector Grant Wormald of the Organised and Financial Crime Agency of New Zealand. "The park estimates up to 60 animals have been shot in the last 12 months.''

The nine men had been hunting illegally without permits or firearms licences. They have been charged with intentional damage, commission of a crime while in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm except for some lawful, proper and sufficient purpose.

This operation is a continuation of investigations to disrupt a range of criminal activities by the Hells Angels over the past two and a half years.

Warning from the USA to our friends in New Zealand. Better nip this
outlaw biker problem in the bud NOW or you will have huge headaches for years to come. Take it from our experience in learning the hard way.
