YAMAHA MOTOR Italia have admitted that the factory squad tested some new suspension parts at the Vallelunga tests last week.
Both Troy Corser and Noriyuki Haga tried out the new Ohlins suspension with electronic damping control for the first time as part of their Rome tests.
And apparently, the new springers worked well.
Corser said: "I was happy enough with that test. We tried lots of different things with the suspension and the new things we worked with seemed pretty good. Overall the bike was working well."
No news yet whether the bikes will have the kit on them at Brno this weekend, but if they do then TC and Haga will be something else in the Czech Republic.
