JOHN HOPKINS was sidelined after he pushed too hard on the Stiggy Honda at Misano, a slide left the American with a gruesome set of tears in recently-formed scar tissue around his severely dislocated hip.
Urgh.
He said: “After the session I am feeling really sore. I got some painkillers before the session, but I think I just pushed it a bit too much. I am breaking away the scar tissue at the moment. It’s important to get the strength in my leg back up and to get ready for Donington.”
