WSB: Engine troubles for Aprilia's new RSV4?

Visordown's WSB mole unearths problems with Aprilia's new V4 racer

SOURCES WITHIN the World Superbike paddock have told Visordown that Aprilia is having more than its fair share of teething troubles with their new RSV4 racebike.

It's alleged that the team are struggling with the reliability of their new V4 engine in race trim, with the motor 'expiring' under test conditions on numerous occasions.

The team are apparently working hard to rectify the problem before the start of winter testing. The Aprilia racer is to be ridden in next year's series by Max Biaggi, with Honda's Shinya Nakano in the picture for the second slot.

Never, I tells you, never

It's a fair cop though, so sorry

Btw - on the original article. It's not a surprise that the V4 is going to suffer a bit, the engine will take a while to perfect and to get used to the the differing stresses that the racers will be puting it under
