DESPITE seriously injuring his neck earlier this year after crashing his bike during testing in Spain and a raft of soft F1 people and medics crying that he shouldn't ride motorcycles, Michael Schumacher has got out for a secret ride on his German Superbike at a private test in France.
Riding alongside full-time Holzhauer rider, quick Brit Chris Burns, Schumacher's press people claimed that the test was: "Purely a bit of fun, a chance for him to ride the bike again."
The usual speculation in the German press has the seven times F1 World Champion as a wild card entry into the final round of the IDM German Superbike Championship on his Holzhauer bike during the final round next month.
