Jerez - keen to hang on to MotoGP

WORK HAS begun on the Jerez MotoGP circuit in a bid to make the circuit safer.
The improvements to gravel traps and barriers are being carried out to help secure the blue riband race at the popular Spanish venue for many years to come.
A spokesman for the circuit said: "The work we are carrying on the circuit is to ensure that we can count on a new licence of homologation from the FIM for 2009."
