Carbon frame and revised electronics for new GP9 racer
DUCATI RACING have unveiled their 2009 MotoGP racer: the Ducati GP9 complete with revised electronics and carbon fibre frame.
The company claims the latest Desmosedici will be a less aggressive machine than the bikes we've seen for the past two seasons.
Ducati Racing Supremo Claudio Domenicali said of the new bike:
"A new combination of airbox and engine management should provide a flatter power curve and improve rideability, as well as improving outright power, which currently remains more or less the same as last year."
I was expecting the throttle to have been updated to work via an on / off switch.
It'd help Stoner, as he's still got restricted movement in his wrist too.
