Little-known 23-year-old gets chance of a lifetime on former World Champ's machine
SO YOU'RE a relatively decent rider, but you've not set the world on fire with your Supersport and Superstock 1000 rides, you've done a few 200-mile endurance races but you're not really known outside of the local championship - then you get your call asking you to take part in the 250cc GP World Championship, riding the former World Champ's bike.
It's a hell of a jump for 23-year-old Balazs Nemeth who has bee drafted into the Blatonring Aprilia RSA Team. The Hungarian is replacing Gabor Talmacsi in the Jorge Martinez 'Aspar' run team for the rest of the season after Talmacsi split with the team last week.
Right place, right time. Lucky sod.
