James Dye is recovering fast after his serious smash at Cadwell Park last weekend

GOOD NEWS coming in about James Dye, the British Supersport rider who was severely injured during the race at Cadwell on Monday. The 19-year old is continuing to make good progress since the spill that saw him airlifted out of the Lincolnshire track.

Doctors have had James out of bed yesterday, he has been awake and talking, if only to ask to go back to bed - as reported by a Buff racing team member.

He remains at the Hull Royal Infirmary.
