Lougher clocked a 106.98mph average at Dunrod

EVERYONE'S FAVOURITE Welshman Ian Lougher was fastest in qualifying for today's 125 race in the Dundrod 150 race.
Lougher was chased up the timesheets by Nigel Moore and William Dunlop while Michael Pearson was fastest for the National race and Lee Hill quickest in the 400 class.
Meanwhile, John McGuinness will now ride in the Superbike and 250 races in the Ulster Grand Prix and not the 600. Lincolnshire's Gary Johnson, who was injured at Skerries, will ride at in the UGP with the aid of painkillers.
Lougher clocked 106.98mph in 125 practice while Pearson's average lap speed in the National class was 115.87.
Paul Shoesmith was second to Pearson while Mats Nilsson and James Hillier both topped 110mph in their circuit debuts.
