Armco barriers added on the inside of Coppice and from Chicane through to Mountain Bottom.
Jonathan Palmer, Chief Executive of Cadwell Park, said:
“These improvements are part of the long term developments we have been implementing over the past few years to make Cadwell Park even safer. In particular, extending the run-off at Chris Curve will benefit drivers and riders and allow for smoother-flowing race weekends with fewer red flags.”
New Era motorcycle riders will be the first to sample the circuit improvements when the organisation’s championships kick-start the season on 15/16 March.
Track developments will also benefit the major championships visiting Cadwell Park in 2008, including the Bennetts British Superbike Championship on August 23/24/25.
