Rider and team mutually agree to split after struggling to register any points in championship
A statement from the team says that both parties accepted they have struggled to get the best out of each other and feel it would be every ones best interest to part on good terms.
After standout rides on the NW200 Ducati, Rutter has been unable to score any points in the first two rounds of the 2009 British Superbike championship.
No rider has been put forward in line to replace the departing Rutter, but the NW200 Coca Cola Yamaha will continue to run in the Supersport class with Dan Linfoot.
