LOTS OF rumbles and rumours about who’s going where next year in the BSB championship, two of the most likely riders to get the boost from support class to the Sueprbikes seem to be Steve Plater and Alastair Seeley.
Plater, who's currently riding for the HM Plant Honda team in the British Supersport championship, has just taken a win in the Senior TT for the factory and has plenty of experience on the big bikes, having contested the BSB championship before for – among others – Rob McElnea and the Virgin squad.
Seeley has so far not been bettered in this year's Superstock 1000 class and is rumoured to be a virtual sure-thing on the Relentless TAS Suzukis for 2010, which begs the question – who goes out of the current line-up of fast and improving youth Ian Lowry and ageing bag-of-the-field nice bloke Atsushi Watanabe?
You don’t have to be a genius to work it out. Which means that the Relentless TAS Suzuki’s line-up could feature two very fast young Irish lads next season. Should be interesting.
