SMT Honda's Adam Jenkinson out of action for months after shattering forearm in Sunday's Thruxton Race Two drama
SMT HONDA'S Adam Jenkinson is out of the BSB series for the next few months after the former National Superstock racer shattered his foremarm in a high-speed accident during race two at Thruxton yesterday.
Jenkinson, who put in a stunning qualifying performance to line-up seventh on the grid, fell at one of the fastest parts of the course during yesterday's second BSB race. The SMT rider retired from race one earlier in the day with machine failure.
The team have yet to announce if and when a replacement rider will be named.
