BRADLEY SMITH was fastest at the end of the Valencia Aprilia test yesterday.
The young Brit took to the track as part of a combined 125cc and 250cc test at the Spanish track on Monday riding with the Aspar squad for Jorge Martinez' 125cc squad.
Smith clocked the fastest time in the class with a best of 1m 41.7s time, a fraction of a second faster than new team-mate Julian Simon.
In the 250cc class Alvaro Bautista topped the timesheets with a best of 1m 37.1s while 250cc debutants Gabor Talmasci and Mike de Meglio managed to lap quickly but were still a second down on Bautista's best.
