Smith...competing with Polaris Aprilia in 2008TEENAGE SENSATION Bradley Smith is to join the Polaris World Aprilia for next season's 125GP series.
Now in his second year at this level, Smith, 16, made history this year when he became the youngest British rider ever to stand on the podium at a Grand Prix meeting following his third place at the Le Mans round.
"Polaris World are a brilliant team, one of the best in the championship, and this is a real step up for me," said Bradley, who having completed school is now a full-time Grand Prix rider. "They are based in Southern Spain and I'll be moving over there as soon as I can to begin the process of integrating with the team and making sure we start next season as real challengers for victory."
