TRIUMPH have launched a worldwide adventure tour programme for 2011 using the new Tiger 800XC.

The five adventure tours range from 11 to 16 days trips in the UK, Austria, North Africa and Thailand and are being organised by established adventure touring company Edelweiss Bike Travel.

Three of the trips will start with a tour of Triumph’s factory in Hinckley, Leicestershire, before taking riders to the iconic Isle of Man, the beautiful Scottish Highlands or on a European tour to Austria for the annual party that is Triumph’s Tridays Festival – the world’s largest Triumph motorcycle event. Adventurers looking for a Sahara experience can take on the North African Triumph Adventure Tour, while an Asian trip around stunning Thailand is scheduled to take place in December.

Each tour will be led by an Edelweiss tour guide with another guide following in a support van, so you won't have to worry about lugging your gear around on the bike.

I always find that the best "adverturerers" have someone to carry their pesky luggage for them.

Very interesting, but no prices, no dates and no link to the organier's website.
