The Animal uses a Ducati 916 motor

THERE’S not much you can do with a Ducati to make it look that much
different to the original – but the lads at French outfit Kilometre 66 have turned
out this little beauty anyway.
It’s taken a year and a half of development and fabrication but the bike
(nicknamed The Animal) is finally finished. It started life as a Mulistrada and
uses the motor from a 916. All the bodywork has been made from thin gauge
aluminium and, like the stainless exhausts, was made by Lucien Cordonnier from
Corki Racing.
Because of the tiny tank (so small and minimalist is the bike that the
injectors are exposed) the bike only carries a couple of litres of fuel. Marzocchi
supermotard forks and Beringer Aerotech brakes complete the
look.
Perfect for wheelieing past the local chip shop on a Friday night.
