Seven men accused of the murder of Gerry Tobin, case expected to last eight weeks
THE jury is expected to be sworn in today to try seven defendants accused of murdering biker Gerry Tobin who was shot dead on the M40 in Warwickshire last year.
The trial of the men, who all deny murdering 35-year-old Gerry Tobin, is expected to last for up to eight weeks at Birmingham Crown Court.
Mr Tobin, from Mottingham, south-east London, was returning from the Bulldog Bash bikers' festival when he was shot.
