Sussex Police seize machines in multiple dangerous driving arrest
SUSSEX POLICE stopped and arrested a group of ELEVEN motorcyclists riding south on the A24 near Buck Barns crossroads on Sunday September 6, the force has revealed.
Souces say the group, which consisted of 10 men and one woman, aged between 25 and 48, were spotted by an unmarked Police motorcyclist at the junction of the A24 and A272 at around 12:30pm, and were stopped and arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
It's reported the group, who came from Epsom, Croydon, Mitcham and Wallington, were taken to the Chichester Police station. All but one of the machines were seized.
The group were bailed to return to Chichester on October 25.
Sounds like an abuse of power by the Sussex Police and the new seizing laws, surely pulling the whole group to the side of the road and having a word with them would of sufficed. It would also have saved the tax payer a large sum of money over the amount seizing the bikes and taking the riders to court has cost. Were they harming anyone? Without the police's side of the story (a video from the unmarked bike) I hasten to believe that it's just a copper trying to justify his unmarked bike.

F.O. with that abuse of police power crap. The 11 tossers in question are 11 of the dumbest cunts to ever mount bikes. People like them only further the nasty misconceptions the public already have about motorcyclists. Here is a post concerning the group taken from another discussion: I know this group of people who got nicked, as already said all bikes returned bar one which is to be crushed as I was told. Some of the bike had flip up plates so the old bill are doing them for that as well as wheelie, rolling burn out and other things. They went to the same area at around the same time each week, no wonder they got caught It seems a bit late to be posting this for discussion as we have spent the past two days on the subject.

Without reading the forum discussion mentioned above, there's only half a story here.
FFS, who do you think you are, MCN?

All i can say unless you know any of the people involved i would keep your kind words to your self.
i have been out with most of the riders and i can tell you that they make a ride out worth while. what gets me is that the police are using unmarked bikes.
i also know other people who have been nicked by the unmarked fireblade and all i can say is it is a form of intrapment

I am the woman out of the 11 bikers that were pulled over on the A24. I do not appreciate being called a dumb cunt as you do not know the full story,99% of all road users, car and cyclists break the law every day they go out, doing 35/40mph (which is what most people do) in a 30mph road and that is breaking the law and we all do it. The cyclist that goes through the red light is breaking the law and I see god knows how many every day, the difference is that the police are not sitting at the road side waiting for them. Who is more likely to knock someone down, those people in the built up areas in rush hour traffic, or me on an open dual carriageway on a sunday. For your information, we were on a open dual carriageway, not a town centre or built up area and we are all out and about, the majority of us without charge.
Riding is one of the few things in life I cherish. For me it’s almost a religion. Stupid acts like those of you and your group place all of us bikers at risk of even greater regulation. Mind you, motorcycles make up less than 1% of the motoring population. Just look at how difficult it is to get a full license these days.
You obviously know me

i have no remorse because i have done nothing wrong, i did not break any laws. this is obviously where you have been listening to gossip when actually you know nothing. yes when im riding with other people who may be doing wrong i expect to be pulled over, i've got no problem with that at all, but when people like label others and call them "dumb cunts" this i do have a problem with. you must have your head stuck so far up your own arse, the smell must be clouding your judgement. As far as people witnessing my behaviour, they did, and thats why i got released with NFA from the police.
The only F'in Moron is the one that has to use swear words as he obviously cant speak or understand the english language. I dont go to any of your local haunts as you put it (except boxhill) i just ride. Now i'll ask you again, unless your all mouth and no trousers, to make your self known to me.

On my way home today I did 143mph on the M62, I also knocked two bikers off. I'm fine with what I did, as a lot of other people were going over 70mph and there were also a few other road accidents, so I only did what everyone else was doing. I wouldn't do this on a normal road though, because that would be wrong.
Of course I'm quite lucky, in that I view it that laws don't apply to me so I can act like a cock with impunity. I also have insurance and road tax, so this gives me free reign to do whatever I like and see the road as my own personal race track.
Of course I only do it on roads that I know, but that's quite easy as I only ever drive on the same 10 mile stretch most of it straight as an arrow, so that I don't really need much skill, just a lot of luck.

viewng the above messages you all should be completly ashamed of yourself. being a biker myself, i always thought that bikers watched each others backs who ever we are, yet you lot are a bunch of children arguing over petty matters. what ever happens police will always know due to snitches, so people enjoying themself of acting stupid dont add to anything. the matter with 11 bikers is up to them, they do what they do and they get the consequences, not any of the rest of us so we shouldn't care.
so stop bitching at each other and get on with your own lives

Hmmm let me think, should I travel hundreds of miles to a congested SE, where I get to ride on such interesting roads as a "wide open dual carriageway", or stick with the joys of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
Tough one that

I suggest, that before you start slagging people off, you find out the whole true story, not the gossip that all of you sad sad people make up as you have nothing better to do with your evenings than sit at your computers all night. I do feel really sorry for people like you who must feel so inferior that the only way you can big yourself up is by slagging other people off. If you cant understand what I have been saying, thats your problem mate, not mine, perhaps going back to school might help you as well as the stick, as neither of you seem to be able to speak or understand English.

I have to concur with the others who are saying that the people who got caught performing illegal stunts on a public highway are indeed a bit lacking in the brain cell department.

OMG…I give up...you have completely missed the point. Analogies, metaphors and acts of discretion may not be your forte, but I had hoped you would get something out of this debate!

You don't know what I did = I did loads of stuff, none of which can be justified
Gossip = closer to the truth than I'd like
Come and meet me = My dad's bigger than yours
I didn't do anything = Apart from all those stoppies, burnouts and wheelies in the same place at the same time every week
The Police are victimising us = Shit, me and my mates got caught redhanded
You conveniently live too far away = Is there somewhere other than London in the UK
Big rants = I'm too stupid to understand irony in posts about doing 143mph
We're all well fast and 'ard innit = on an arrow straight dual carriageway with no traffic lights or other distractions
I'll leave you to it now = I can't remember my username and password for 24 hours so I'll reregister under a new username

Wasnt going to reply but felt the urge.
R1 Loon...We have some gorgeous roads here in Sussex with lots of twisty bits but life here as been spoilt by a few morons who can only do things in a straight line, consequently Sussex Police are out most Saturdays & Sundays en masse, even in the eye in the sky targetting everyone on 2 wheels Also MCN didnt help our case by publishing a supplement last year naming one of our roads as one of Britains best rides,so thats out the equation now too
Just felt the urge to dispell the image portrayed that we only have wide straight dual carriageways to ride on.
I do know Yorkshire & the Peak district very well as that is my where i originate from ,and will be the first to admit the roads are beautiful but id hate everyone to think we are all numpties in the Sissy South that can wheely, burn out & go fast in a straight line only!
On more occasions than i care to remember I have been overtaken by a Sunday straight liner,i just smile to myself as they are left behind wobbling through the bends & flip flops

Mate, I wasn't saying it about all of you, just these idiots who like dual carriageways. We've got our fair share of motorways and dual carriageways too, but I tend to avoid them when out for a ride as going the twisty route tends to be a lot more fun.
The other bit is that they wreck it for the rest of us exactly as you say. I ike getting out miles away form civilisation and riding at daft speeds, although I still struggle to keep up with a few on here. The police don't have too much of an issue with it as we're miles from anyone or anywhere, unles some idiot spoils it.
Still think the South is full of sissies though

Yeah fair play to the guys that got arrested doing what they do best. Having "FUN" on their bikes without harming or causing danger to the public or other road user's. Proving they can control their machines beyond the *average* mans limits!!! Rolling burnouts at 100mph+, most of you couldnt burn out a moped in ya back garden. Doing wheelie's at over 120mph, when most of ya couldn't get it up for ya missus without viagra!!! Nearest most of you have got to doing a stoppie is when ya other half with her moustache face and garlic stained claw's try's to kiss you and you *stop* her!!! "ALL" of these 11 in question have read the comments/replies made and are not happy, and nor am i. Who am i? I am the founder/owner of 2wheelwonderland.com and i would *never* of allowed such "BOLLOX" on my website. (Besides i would of also opened a thread with the spelling being correct for starter's as the prick who started it cannot even spell SOURCE!!!!) BUT, i WOULD allow the address and contact details to be passed on to all for such a 2 bit cunt of a certain CHRIS P BACON so that a *meet* could be arranged, seeing he's the kinda person that thinks he's reggie kray in the comfort of his own home and obviously thinks he is some kind of desktop gansta that own's an AR50 and use's it to travel to his stunning job packing jam jars.....
Ranty, rant, rant
2/10 - must try harder.
As for them being unhappy at the comments, boohoo, go home and tell mummy that nasty people are picking on you.
Any group who are thick enough to perform the same stunts over and over again in the same place at the same time, need to try to move in different circles, as their gene pool is running out and inbreeding creates some dangerous stupidity.
The stunting piece is where the problem is, move to the US where this seems to be the thing to do on a sportsbike, the rest of us will continue to ride like hooligans in the right (changeable) place, at the right (variable) time.
I love the comment about being unhappy at the spelling too, then posting some of the worst grammar known to mankind.
It's also nice to know that you take the DPA so lightly and would pass on details of members to others so willingly, that could tun out to cost you a lot more than your bike.

Theres an R in *turn* gramma boy . I guess being born wasn't your only mistake. Now if only you could ride as well as you can almost spell...... As for the passing of details, well.... If somebody called your wife a *fat cunt* you'd probably just sit back and agree. Anogther spineless desktop gangsta i see. Now if i was married and somebody said that.... Dont get involved in another mans fight unless he's your other half i wonder....

Class, I don't see where I was first to criticise spelling btw, but never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
My riding's OK, I'm happy with my level anyway.
If someone called my wife a "fat cunt", I'd laugh and take them to Specsavers, a few on here have met her and I'm not sure fat describes her that well.
"Spineless desktop gangsta", not quite I'm using a laptop, I take it you're at a desk though?
As for "another man's fight", I was quite happily slagging this group off in the thread, so I figured I'd join in and upset you.
Is smoke coming out of your ears yet?

Just found this video that says it was made by 2wheelwonderland and you've got the nerve to call us.
Did it make you all hard to dub The Matrix into this video "What if we were all soldiers and the war could end tomorrow? Isn't that worth dying for?"
You do know that Mad Max was just a film and not real?

Nope no smoke. But rather than slag the group off and hold bacon nuts balls with him, how about you and him meet the said 11 and say it in person . Bring your wife too, sure she'd love to meet real men/bikers..... Are the vains on your temple starting to throb.....
This is definitely a record, third post and he wants a fight, or rather he wants 11 of them to meet up with me and I assume Chris P Bacon.
You may find that Chris has already said it to their faces though, as looking back at his posts, he sems to know the 11.
I don't want to travel to the SE of England to thrash a bike up and down a dual carriageway, I'll stick to the twisty roads up here - they require a modicum of skill and track as well. I managed to work out that police aren't likely to impound our bike no matter how hard and fast you ride.

I don't want to do stunts, I like tracks and speed, much more fun
Look for number 131 on a few shots
And I also don't go walking into fights with 11 people, as I'm not Chuck Norris. However as you lot are clearly so upset by all of this, why not make your way Oop North and meet me and a few mates instead.
We're often to be found at or around Devils Bridge and then riding off from there in one of many directions for a bit of a hoon. Let's see if you fancy that approach.
Still no smoke here btw, just smiles and howls of laughter.
