Remember this? It's coming up for auction

BONHAMS' auction on October 21 at the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show in Stafford is centred around a huge collection of bikes from the estate of the late Evan Aled Jenkins.

Jenkins, a dentist from Gloucester, built up the collection from some of the most desirable machines of the last couple of decades.

Special models include a 1999 Honda TT100 Fireblade Evolution with an estimate of only £4k-£4.5k, a 2002 Honda SP1 Joey Dunlop commemorative model and a 2000- Yoshimura Suzuki Hayabusa X1.

If you prefer some Italian exotica, there's a brace of Bimota SB8Rs a 2000 SB6R and a YB11 estimated at. Also featured is a Ducati 916SPS Foggy rep, although Bonhams is listing it as a 1994 bike which doesn't add up, since the official Foggy rep didn't appear until 1998. There's also a brace of Anniversary Honda, including the Fireblade, Blackbird and VFR.

Don't forget, Bonhams has a buyer's premium of 25% on top of the auction's end price. Ouch.
