Sex Pistol goes on (sort of) tour

Steve Jones heads-up Ducati All Stars West Coast gigs

FORMER Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones is touring the USA with his new band - the Ducati All Stars - as part of a West Coast tour promoting the Italain two-wheel brand.

Jones and his band have embarked on a week-long ride from Santa Barbara to Seattle, playing free gigs at various town along the way.

Billy Idol's guitarist Steve Stevens and Sugar Ray's leader singer Mark McGrath are also in the line-up, which made its debut in January at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles.

It was a real shame to lose Malcolm McLaren. It is hard to express the huge impact the Sex Pistols had in the late '70's - I think they all got moved to America afterwards just to get away from all the harrassment here.
