Go on, son!

THOSE WAITING for the arrival of Aprilia's V4 superbike will be pleased to know the machine is well on the way to production.

The fuel-injected all-aluminium V4 was spotted speed and handling tests at a private test facility in Italy, clothed in simple white-painted bodywork.

The machine, which is reputed to make close to 200bhp, is expected to go on sale in 2009.

Mr Marv

It looks like Jonny 5 with an ugly fucking exhaust!

Whats with all these shite exhausts!! Stoopid emission laws!

FatBoyTim

another comedy exhaust, the rest of it looks ok though

poor mans desmo, i think not, think it will be a premium motorcycle 13k+

if it turns out to be cheaper feel free to call me a twat

Ayo

Tasty but you guys are right about that exhaust.

Still, an aftermarket pipe that's half the size (and weight as well prob) plus a few sets of false documents isn't the longest options list in the world.

I've never bought a new bike... but I've been saving since this was first rumoured. If it's the marrage of V2 soul and i4 smoothness I hope for then this could be the one!

Incidentally I heard rumor a while ago that they were aiming to be competative with the big four on price, guess we'll see next year.

 in my opinion.

Looks piggin awfull and very much like every other knees in the armpit hyper sports bike already out there. Paint a few blue stripes on it and you've got a Gixxer!

bakerstreet

There are a vids on the net of it being tested with an Agro can fitted. Looks a lot better. i

I dont think it is going to be priced for the masses. There is going to be limited availability too. They want it to be exclusive

All they need now are riders capable of handling the performance on the road.It looks like  another ego booster , mine's got more horspower than your's kinda bike.
