ORANGE County Choppers defrauded the creditors of another family business, according to a complaint that has been filed in a US bankruptcy court.

The complaint accuses Paul Teutul Sr. and his sons, Paul Teutul Jr. and Daniel Teutul, of masterminding the fraudulent bankruptcy of O.C. Iron Works Inc. so as to avoid paying the company's creditors.

The complaint lodged with the US bankruptcy court seeks monetary damages. No definitive sum is mentioned, although it is thought that around £620,000 is at stake.

The complaint is not aimed at nor indeed related to Orange County Choppers - the bike building TV program, that launched the Teutul family into the media-spotlight - it concentrates on the metal fabrication company Teutul Sr. ran before he was involved with custom bikes.
