New Monster or just a parts bin special?

HERE's A snap of what's rumoured to be the new Ducati Monster 1100 by a keen-eyed member of the Italian Ducati Monster Club website.
The bike looks like an updated Ducati Monster 696 with the 1100CC DS engine from a Ducati Multistrada. Compared to the 696 unit.
The air-cooled lump means the new bike gets 15bhp more up to 95bhp and gets a 26ft/lb of torque increase up to 76ft/lb.
New wheels and the single sided swinger from the Hypermotard are also being used.
Parts bin special or funky new Monster for the next phase of Ducati?
