Mean n' moody...(But aren't they all dear!).

Looks a bit like an updated Cagiva Raptor to me.

Not sure about that belly pan/snow plough.

Looks fast, aggressive and v.expensive.

The one shown has Ohlins and the 1098 R spec wheels.

Ducati will have to offer a lower spec version to ensure any sales success -especially during 'La Crunch'.

IMHO it will have to be a sub £12k bike in today's climate. Minus bodywork it should
be cheaper than a 1098S (or soon to be 1198!).

This bike will no doubt 'use up' all those remaining 1098cc motors, once the new unit is in full production.

Wish I could have one...

Looks fantastic, not sure how it'll effect Monster sales though?

I'll bet it's an exciting ride, but I would be embarrassed to be seen riding that bike. The attraction of Ducati, for me at least, has always been form and function.

I'm going to keep my S4Rs. 130 hp and more Ducati-esque styling is just right for me.

the moto morini corsaro is a better more italian looking bike than that.

Having a second look through a mild lager-fog, the profile looks spot on but the detailing is too fussy. The Monster is a better looking naked Duke, even if it isn't as well specc'ed. Don't even know why I'm expressing my 'umble opinion. I ride a 900 Hornet and reckon that's a half-decent looking bike, so what can I possibly know about bike styling?
