ONE OF the suspects arrested in connection with the murder of Hells Angel Gerry Tobin has entered a plea of not guilty.
Malcolm Ronald Bull, aged 52, of Milton Keynes, appeared at Birmingham Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty to the murder of biker Gerry Tobin.Mr Tobin was shot dead while riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle on the M40 on August 12, 2007. He was travelling home from the Bulldog Bash Bikers Event at Long Marston Airfield near Stratford-upon-Avon.
Bull appeared with six other men who have also been accused of the murder.
All seven of the accused appeared via video link to the courtroom and all remain in custody.
A trial date was set for October 1, 2008.
