DAVE MOLYNEUX and passenger Nick Long notched up their second TT win by
clinching the second F2 sidecar race in dramatic style.
The HM Plant Honda pairing were lucky to win though, as leaders Nick Crowe
and passenger Daniel Sayle, who held a commanding 38 second lead at one
point, retired through mechanical failure on the last lap, having broken
the lap record earlier in the race. It was their second retirement this
week.
Molyneux crossed the line 25 seconds ahead of John Holden and Andrew
Winkle with Steve Norbury and Scott Parnell clinching third place after
Klaus Klaffenbock and Christian Parzer's outfit expired on the last lap,
robbing them of their first TT podium.
