A MOTORCYCLIST was beaten and had his bike stolen by three hooded youths while he waited at a pedestrian crossing.

The incident took place close to the Waggon and Horses pub in Manchester Road, Brimrod, at about 9pm on Saturday.

The victim, 25, was hit in the face and back before thugs stole his Yamaha motorbike.

Two of the thugs are described as white, about 16 years old, 5ft 10ins, wearing white hooded tops and black tracksuit bottoms. The third is described as being of a similar age and race, but about 5ft 5ins tall.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 0161 856 8522.

Someone my boyf knows has recent scars from when a youth attacked him with a knife and tried to steel his bike whilst he was at a junction! Crazy!

Blame the Authorities.

As long as they let thugs get off with petty sentances (if they catch them) there is no incentive for the louts to change their ways.

Crime pays.

CanisMajor

Was he not wearing a helmet and protective clothing then?

I would have thought that would offer at least some protection from a pair of inadequate teenage chav losers.

Should we go and find them?

Then we can give them a jolly good hard talking to.

yeah but a jolly good hard kicking would be more fun

Because machine is quicker to say than motorcycle and the meaning is clear from the context.  It is also a commonly used term for a motorcycle, usually when someone has fallen off one!.

i'm serious, unfortunately. We have people being kicked to death by the scum of the earth for what usually is no more than them asking can you move along, somthing is going to give , it has to. Polite society isn't working, the police are undermaned, or doing paperwork , or off sick, the kids have taken over the asylum, and we need to take it back.

Just a question of who is going to organise it, who is going to have the balls to join in, and weather it will be seen through to the end. I can't do it.

I have papers to sort out

FatBoyTim

Hope it never happens but guarantee that two things would

  1. One of them would get hurt very badly
  2. I reckon they would get about 100 yards on the bike, 185bhp bit more than the 3 they are used to you see
