HERE'S the latest tricked-up Yamaha MT-01 (no, really!) from Gregg's Custom Cycles - called the Hellion.
Quite apart from showing what Yamaha could, and some would say should, have done with the MT-01, the bike is an awesome lesson in simplicity for maximum effect.
Weight is saved by major changes to the frame and latticework swingarm and subframe, front suspension is taken care of with Marzocchi 50mm forks and there's a sweet Titanium spring on the rear shock to save even more weight.
