First Look: Wunderlich BMW K1300R

Another blinged-up BM naked - straight from the Fatherland

Streetfighter fans start feeling smug now

THIS IS the result of what happens when you throw everything German BMW tuning specialists 'Wunderlich' have in their new online catalogue at BMW's naked brutal K1300R.

The machine has been adorned with hi-tech, hi-cost goodies, which include: a titanium sports exhaust, lightweight wheels, wavy discs, flat sports bars, uprated suspension and a bizarre-looking headlight cluster.

We've yet to work out the overall cost of the modifications, as the office calculator is still cowering under Badger's desk, but don't expect much in the way of change from £6000 - excluding the bike, of course.

iBurty

it's not a pretty bike to start with.

There's nothing wrong with that, but the end result is just a mess.

Reminds me of the robot from short circuit, only the headlight bit that is!!!

Graeme Sutherland

I'm in agreement with iBurty.

The K1300R isn't exactly the prettiest bike in the world, yet both Wunderlich and AC Schnitzer have managed to make it look far, far worse with the "styling upgrades".

Looks like something cobbled together by a gang of Albanian gypsies  using  scrap metal and stolen high tech components. Yukkkk ,that's one ugly monstrosity !
