DUCATI are boasting three of the most eagerly anticipated bikes in the world on their stand at the forthcoming MCN London Motorcycle Show, at ExCeL London from 1-4 February 2007.

The Italian company, who are currently clutching the WSB title and the last MotoGP win of the season, are famous for their blood red bikes. They'll debut the awesome 1098, the ultra-exotic and limited edition Desmosedici RR MotoGP replica plus the extreme Hypermotard.

Ducati 1098 ... stroke it at the MCN London show!

The brand new Ducati 1098 is the most powerful twin-cylinder motorcycle in the world and also boasts the highest torque-to-weight ratio of any sport bike. The standard model will cost £11,250 with a higher spec model S version coming in at £13,995. That's the price of exclusivity.

Dubbed the ultimate 'race bike with lights', the limited edition Desmosedici RR is the first ever road-going motorcycle to offer pure performance and technology taken directly from MotoGP resulting in over 200bhp from a V4 engine housed within a chassis of exotic lightweight materials. Exclusivity with such ability comes with a £37,500 price tag, but that hasn't stopped a Ducati dealer in Coventry taking orders for over 20 machines.

Reduced to its essentials, the Hypermotard features the most aggressive attitude of the entire Ducati range. The combination of sports bike power, lithe motard agility and Ducati's unique style has already captured the world's attention. As yet no price tag has been set and the Hypermotard isn't expected to be on the roads until spring. Expect little change from ten grand.

Commenting on its high profile presence at the MCN London Motorcycle Show, Ducati UK manager, Tim Maccabee, said: "This show will be the very first opportunity for British riders to see these beautiful bikes up close and we're ready to welcome everyone on to the stand at ExCeL London. It's going to be a truly significant show for us and the new venue will provide the perfect showcase."

After 20 years at Alexandra Palace, the new venue brings extra benefits to show goers including modern facilities, public transport to the door, free parking for bikes and thousands of on-site car parking spaces.

Visitors to London's original and best motorcycle show will also get to see breath-taking stunt action, the very latest examples from other major manufacturers, new product launches, hundreds of bike accessories along with a chance to meet celebrity riders and, of course, the MCN babes.

Entry to the show costs £13 in advance or £16 on the door and includes free entry to the Carole Nash Live Action Arena. To book tickets in advance, call the ticket hotline number on 0870 730 0049 or visit www.londonmotorcycleshow.com
