£16,000 monster could be Prince's new wheels
AVID motorcyclist Prince William is rumoured to have a Ducati Diavel Carbon on his wedding gift list.
Our source - a motorcycle dealer - claims he sold a Ducati Diavel Carbon to a company who work for a Middle-Eastern royal family. The company bought the bike and sent an engraver to the dealership to have the top yoke engraved with the date of the Royal Wedding. The bike was then delivered to a location in Berkshire.
The Prince currently rides a top of the range Ducati 1198SP superbike, costing £17,000. The Ducati Diavel is new for 2011 and features a similar engine to the 1198SP, it costs £15,895.
The Ducati Diavel Carbon is the top of the range Diavel, featuring carbon fibre panels and lightweight wheels which shed some of the bike's weight and help it achieve a 0-60mph time of 2.8 seconds. You can read our Ducati Diavel Carbon review here.
Once he's married, we wonder whether Kate will have anything to say about Prince William's passion for fast motorcycles..

Well good, Im glad he got it, I sent it off via courier and wasnt sure it'd get there by the wedding date.
I'd like to see Kate in leather too - in a BDSM chamber, like the ones they have in all those palaces.
