Clarkson...will his petition get an equally warm reception?

JEREMY CLARKSON, the motoring journalist with a passion for hating bikes, has been put forward in a petition for Prime Minister.

The petition, which was started by Joseph Dark, has amassed almost 15,000 votes already and can be found on the Government's Petition website.

In reaction to this, a petition has been started to 'Never, ever, allow Clarkson to be PM' and has been signed by three people.

Clarkson, 47, has openly slated motorcycles for much of his journalistic career and recently removed a Ducati 1098 from Top Gear's Cool Wall with a chainsaw.

Would he make a good PM? Over to you...

Could clarkson make a worse job than any that have tried before him??? I dont think so, he gets my vote. He might not like bikes himself but as a true petrolhead im sure he could only be a good thing for motoring no matter how many wheels its got.

OK, Clarkson does say some stupid things; he can be oafish; he doesn't "get" bikes; he's arrogant!

But that doesn't mean he wouldn't make a better PM than any of the current contenders!

He is a petrol-head, above all......

forestcreature

in other countries and other times people have brought about change through rioting, revolution, underground literature and hosting awesome rallies

in england, change is brought about by asking politely if a different fuddy suit might not like to replace the old one

Yeh and Boris Johnston for London Major next - oh shit !

Can't be any worse than the current rabble - would get my vote. James may could look after the Treasury and the Hampster could manage the NHS - maybe white teeth would be free !
