What a way to get a speeding ticket

THIS DUTCH biker has just clocked a new record in the Netherlands, for getting caught speeding by the cops on camera at 137kph – while sliding along on his backside.

The unnamed 50-year old suffered a broken hand in the spill, but wasn’t charged because when the picture was taken he was not technically riding his bike.

We bloody love this story!

Jammy Bast@rd.....

falls of at that speed, and all he gets is a broken hand, good news about the speeding though

Surely the bigger issues here is that the poor bloke probably fell off because he was breaking like crazy to avoid getting caught by the camera and stacked it?

Ok - so he shouldnt have been speeding.  But you can hardly call them safety cameras when they're making motorists crash to avoid them.

Good point about the safety camera. Glad the rider was OK.

Is that a Ducati in the picture - I've heard the handling is a bit suspect.

So if you are not actually connected to the bike you can't get a ticket. Brilliant! I'm sure the police here would find a way to get around that loop hole.

it's not the speed you fall off that hurts it how quickly you stop after you fall off.

mickymellon

how the hell he could crash in a country with very little bends and flat as a witches tit

What a great story, lucky he was not connected to the bike in some way when the picture was taken or he may well have been given a ticket.

redbirdflying

Perhaps he already had 9 points and had to avoid the ticket to keep his licence.

Is that what you would call ''Going flat out !''

Skid-lid

Fucking class you gotta love these loopholes "not technically riding" No shit

I love the Dutch police for that! Had that been the UK police they would of had your liecense and tried to bang you up for not holding on to the handle bars.

harry the bastard

If you see the way the Dutch ride ie like wankers you would not be suprised that this happened. But then again it is like most of the power ranger types who only ride when the weather is fine and think they can ride.

There are lots of people who ride bike's but few real biker's.
