I made that model and it wasn't too difficult. Just make sure you use the right paper weight (normal printer sheets are too thin). Arm yourself with a cutter, glue and patience and off you go.
Once you did a good job on building the SR, you can move on to an even more detailed and bigger papercraft Yamaha bike, like the Vmax.
