"It means 'I'm a totally mad bastard' see"HOW ABOUT this for even more behaviour from Richard Brunstrom? The North Wales Police Chief Constable has now tested out the security at his own headquarters by hoisting himself up scaffolding and climbing in through an open window.
According to reports, North Wales's top cop was so concerned scaffolding surrounding the force's building could present a security risk that he staged his own break in.
Last night, a police spokesperson confirmed that the cop, tagged as the Mad Mullah of the Traffic Taliban because of his eagerness for speed camera technology, wanted to find out how easy it would be for a burglar to get into the building and so he clambered up the structure and found his way in through a window.
A police spokeswoman would not say whether security had been beefed up at the building since Brunstrom's latest escapade. But she confirmed: "North Wales Police headquarters is currently being refurbished and as a result, there is scaffolding attached to the building."
And went on to say:
"We can confirm the Chief Constable tested the security himself."
