BMW's new Superbike priced to compete with Japanese rivals
BMW have released the prices of their new S1000RR superbike.
The basic model will cost £11,150, with ABS costing £800, Race ABS DTC (traction control) is £1225, GSA (gearshift assist, i.e. a quickshifter) is £305 and a BMW alarm is £175 and the BMW Motorrad Motorsport paint is £400.
So a fully optioned-up S1000RR with Motorsport paint will cost you £12,500.

I think you'll find that the cost of the Sport version is £12,500 in 2010 if VAT returns to 17.5% as anticipated.
