AN AMERICAN biker is pursuing a lawsuit against Hawkins County, after he pulled into the path of another vehicle, leaving him with disabling injuries.
In the run up to the unfortunate accident, the biker approached an intersection, where he claims his vision of oncoming traffic was impaired by weeds and other vegetation. The weeds obscured a stop sign, causing the biker to pull into the path of an oncoming vehicle.
The defendant alleges that the area was mowed in a negligent and careless manner leaving the stop sign obscured and hidden, diminishing its ability to control traffic.
