Independent Police Complaints Commission to investigate incident, says Wiltshire Force

A 20-YEAR-OLD male motorcyclist broke his neck in THREE places when he crashed during a Police chase in Wiltshire.

BBC News reports how Kris Smart, from Pinehurst, crashed his machine in an incident involving a Police patrol car. Reports say Smart is responding well to treatment after he was taken to Great Western Hospital following the crash.

The incident is to be investigated by the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).

The police will investigate themselves... ex-policemen auditting policemen. At the end they will not be found at fault.

Why was the biker being chased?
What did he do to make the Police want to stop him?

The rider made his choice to make a run for it for whatever reason.
His choice!

We have all seen police chases on TV shows and the suspect isn't trying to evade capture because he is innocent but because he has done wrong.

If he had done nothing wrong then why not just stop.
