Official images of BMW's 173bhp naked roadster
AND here's the first official picture of the 2009 BMW K 1300 R naked muscle bike (well, for a BMW anyway).
Around 173bhp on tap it tops the scales at 217kg. The usual refinements are on offer like Duolever suspension and a 83.5mm x 59 mm four-cylinder motor.
ABS features too. Looks pretty funky and although a price has yet to be set, you will be able to see this bike in the flesh at the NEC in December and in your local BMW dealer by the end of this year. Comes in orange, grey and white too.

These didn't sell well in the UK when they were 1200's.
Perhaps the extra power will help but it all be price dependant.

Hey dude,
79 x 59 mm bore x stroke is a 1157 ccm 4 cyl engine.
It supposed to be 83.5 x 59 mm = 1292 ccm.
