It's official - Travis has the biggest balls in history

And we all thought a double backflip was risky

HE was the first person in the world to do a double backflip on a motocross bike, and now footage has been released of Travis Pastrana doing a half-naked, no chute skydive over California.

In the video Travis exits the plane on his own, wearing nothing but a pair of shorts and trainers. He's then caught by a fellow skydiver, who swiftly secures himself to Travis with a tandem skydive harness. Thankfully the pair get to earth safely for some gold old West Coast celebrations.

What's the beting Johnny Knoxville won't be trying that one?

That footage is on Thrillbillies, the new Nitro Circus Doovde.

I highly recommend that video - extreme and funny.

OMFG! the guys getting humped in mid-air!

btw were would one go to get a sky dive like this??? i'm sure its not legally allowed in this country, anybody know of a country that have less rigid rules about this stuff? i really wanna have a pop at sky diving but dont want to be strapped to some dude behind me. I know you can take the smaller jump on your own, but i want the full height on my own so what countries allow this??

there are plenty of place's that offer an"AFF course"(accelerated free fall) with this you do intensive ground training(over a couple of days) then up you go, to around 6-8000ft with an instructor either side of you (just in case) but basically your on your own.HTH

This was doen in Puerto Rico - not sure they even know the words Health & Safety over there. Lucky them!

pretty crazy stuff. he will have had lots of practice though so I would imagine it was fairly safe

blows my mind how some peoples shutes have failed to open yet they still survived the impact .

yh but that costs like thousands IIRC, i'm talking about just going somewhere and just paying for the thing straight up and taking it.

I don't think you can do that zub. You either do static line from about 4000ft where the parachute is pulled the moment you leave the place or you do an AFF where, on qualifying, you can jump solo.

Admins right. AFF was around £1300 10 years ago.

It has 8 levels. but if you really must just go solo for a one off, i think you can just do the first level of 8 was around £300ish i think. The cost is due to having 2 qualified skydivers with you to make sure no problems occur etc. the price is lower the close you get to 8.

wasnt a sas in the news as the parachute failed and he didnt have radio commmunication to help him get out of trouble. and ended up dying. Skydiving is just like riding. You dont get on a 600/1000 sports bike if you have never ridden before, cos you know what will happen.

i cant afford, nor would i want to waste all that money, i know the risks and am willing to take em for the experience.

I just thaught there would be some countries somewhere where the laws were slacker on these sorts of things.
