K & N filter oil?

I've got loads of filter oil and filter cleaner for the foam filters in dirt bikes. If I put the oil in a spray container can I use it on a K & N filter?

err - I've got lots of K&N cleaner and red oil.
don't suppose I can use it on my KTM foam filter?
