I don't know about the CC differences but up to 02 the part numbers for the heads were as such:
400 - 200 278-01
470 - 200 294-01
501 - 200 279-01
550 - 200 280-01
650 - 200 280-01
for 03 the 501 used the same head as the 550/650
I don't have any info for 04 models onwards
Ask Lineweaver on the UHE forum, he'll be able to give you a cc figure , probably off the top of his head too
