Kind of fell at the first hurdle on this one. I don't drink at all

Ok I used to be partial to the odd tequila slammer or 12 but not touched a drop in 12 years now.

is there such a thing as too much ? 

but i am informed by my doctor that the units i consume are way to high for one persons body to cope with ....... they even offered me help  but i refused to give them any ..... they can buy their own
