Did I say it was anyones fault I said when I come on here fe instructors were getting slated and I saw no one representing them.
My beef was that there was no voice on here for instructors
Have you not given up yet?You said, and I quote:To have a beef with something is to have complaint about something. If you are complaining about something you must think it is someone's fault or you would just DO something about it rather than complain.
Please have a look on the thread "your group is full" and see what track god has to say its on the last page, This guy gave us a load of shit on pit wall about this,
Done.I don't get your point.
You forgot Moose and a couple of others. And Couchie and Strawberry did instruct for FE as well
The point is that this bloke is the sort we have to put up with, although he is very much the minority, One of the points I`ve made is that we don`t get paid but have to take shit, I`d be quite happy if these people went to the office and took it out on Kh but not the people that give up their time to hopefully help others
Yeah sorry guys and gals, I did say it was off the top of my head tho. It wasn't an exhaustive list.Ok, so nothing you or I were talking about then?I do wish you would let me know when you are gonna change subjects.
To be honest, the most constructive thing i can say is THEY ARE GREAT ! i don't want them changing in the slightest. I've never seen all these 'muppets' that people go on about.Or the lunatics who cut everyone up.I've never actually been to a bad trackday, or one that's been poorly run.In the ideal world, i'd like a "road bike only" trackday or two... that would be pleasant for me, but not a major factor in whether i doa TD again etc.
I`d love a face to face with you cos I think you have me down as an arsehole and I`d like to confirm your opinion

Now, what CAN be done to improve trackdays?
There`s a high turn over of instructors ,
Because I don't want to come across as a twat like you do, whoever you are
Not at all.I just think you think everyone is out to get you when they really aren't.There's wankers and decent blokes who are instructors. There's wankers and decent blokes who are punters.Who gives a shit? Now, what CAN be done to improve trackdays?
Sorry Spike, forgot you on the list of destructers.Yer in a different league tho.
Doing a trackday is like making love to a beautiful woman: you need to have a good close look at your ride, make sure she's not too unwieldy and then when she's warmed up, ride her hard and fast for a number of 20 minute sessions

I do wonder why that is, do all the new instructors each year do the instructor course as I was under the impression the course only ran once a year ? As for the course yo mentioned several things it covers but didn't mention if it covers riding skills which is the main thing you would comment on. I assume it does so you are all teaching the same thing and if it does is it a CSS style of teaching or something different ?
No it does not cover riding skills cos all of the instructors are picked because they haven`t got a clue and only passed their test 3 weeks earlier, The course is run once a year but during the year more instructors are recruited,
