hi all...
been a long time since i have graced this forum and now i have a question thought i would come here for the answer!
when i used to be in the motorcycle trade and we had a cat B bike to break we used to have to cut off the headstock and send it back to the insurance company.
after looking for a frame myself on ebay there are plenty of cat B frames kicking about, my question is... is this aloud? a seller assures me that cat B frames can now be sold as 'spares' 'track use' or to 're frame'
